We’re open for business

In light of the recent advice from the government, we remain committed to prioritising the health and safety of all our staff and customers. That, above all else, is what’s important. While we have made the decision to temporarily close our stores, we remain open for business online and are delivering safely to all our customers. 

 

Delivery

We are taking all necessary precautions to deliver safely to your homes

Our dedicated teams of delivery drivers are now providing hallway and doorstep deliveries. 

In order to practice a more contactless and reassuring delivery service, we have decided to temporarily remove the options of ‘Room of Choice’, ‘Packaging Removal’ and ‘Assembly’. If you have placed an order and paid for any of these delivery services, we will, of course, cancel and refund these for you – please just get in touch

We have also put a number of additional measures in place to help ensure we’re being as safe as possible when delivering to you. We have provided further gloves, wipes and hand sanitiser to all our delivery crews who will be using these before and after every visit. We will not be asking for customers to sign for their delivery and will enforce social distancing measures when delivering to ensure we are doing everything we can to keep you and our staff safe.

If you are self-isolating, or concerned about receiving a delivery, we are happy to deliver safely to your doorstep. There is an option to select this at the checkout, or just give us a call and we can inform the delivery drivers for you.

If you would prefer to postpone your delivery due to self-isolation, that’s absolutely fine – again, please just get in touch 

Rest assured, we will continue to monitor this and update you with any changes to our delivery service.

Our dedicated team of Customer Service advisors are now working safely from home, so there may be a short delay in calls being taken, but rest assured, we are doing the very best we can to answer all your queries. While we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our retail store, we can’t wait to reopen the doors and look forward to warmly welcoming you back soon.

House Of Pine & Oak 2 Man Bespoke Delivery Service :

At House Pine & Oak we know that the successful delivery of your furniture is possibly the most important part of your purchase and we insure that this is done successfully by our own in house 2 man team , free of charge on all deliveries within a 25 mile radius of the showroom.We do offer a whole uk mainland service with prices on application.We have a weekly delivery within the M25 area where costs range from free to £40.00 dependant on the value of purchase and location.All deliveries within the london conjestion zone will be charged a further £15.00.

We believe we have the best delivery team in the industry who will not only deliver your new furniture, but also set up and properly place your furniture with the utmost care and professionalism.

All items blanket-wrapped(or boxed), and strapped down for safe travel
Placement of your new furnishings in the room of your choice, including additional floors
Complete assembly, set-up and installation of every piece
Removal of all packaging items
Instruction on the operation of any items that require explanation.
Delivered in a suitable 3.5 ton Box van that can access most location.
Free felt applied on request to the legs or bases of furniture that are to be located on wodden or hard floors to avoid any marking and make easier to move furniture around in future.
Protective shoe covers to be worn over shoes to avoid any marking of carpets or floors during delivery where required.
