'Other' refers to delivery to Islands and Scottish postcodes starting with: AB31-38, AB41-56, HS, IV, KA27-30, KW, PA20-80, PH4-50, ZE, IM, TR, PO, GY and JE. On cancelled orders that have been processed but not dispatched we will charge a 2% charge to cover the initial processing card charges.

How Long Will It Take To Deal With My Return?

Once your item(s) has been received by our team it can take up to five working days to process the return. We will let you know via email that your return has been processed. Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your account.
