We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided the product(s) is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Items returned without original packaging are only accepted with prior approval from our deliveries team and are at our discretion.Please email deliveries@hopofurniture.com to advise and we will provide a cost for restocking without packaging and onsite bubble wrapping and edge protection service dependant on size and weight of item .
'Other' refers to delivery to Islands and Scottish postcodes starting with: AB31-38, AB41-56, HS, IV, KA27-30, KW, PA20-80, PH4-50, ZE, IM, TR, PO, GY and JE.
Returns Procedure
Please email us on deliveries@hopofurniture.com or call the showroom on 01189472333 to inform us of the reason why you are returning the item, so that we can arrange a swift solution to your request.

How Long Will It Take To Deal With My Return?
Once your item(s) has been received by our team it can take up to five working days to process the return. We will let you know via email that your return has been processed. Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your account.
