Standard delivery is available for free with 60 mile radius of showroom on all items.

Uk Mainland Delivery outside free Zone ( London inside M25 Now Free)
Orders placed with a postcode of less that 60 miles radius of our Caversham Showroom wil now be free with deliveries over 60 miles radius of showroom radius 80 miles radius we will charge £25.00 with deliveries between 80-100 miles will now incur a cost of £35.00 with most other uk deliveries being £35.00
Deliveries to areas over 100 mile radius of showroom might be subject to delivery surcharges or fuel surcharges if we do not have a vehicle in your area and if these are applicable we would inform the customer within 24 hours of purchase and customer can cancel and receive full refund anytime up to date of scheduled delivery date if surcharge not acceptable.

Only charged for specific high cost items that requires a specific delivery skill from our in house team for example a bespoke installation or assembly which is beyond the 2 man delivery offered by our partner carriers.

Scotland deliveries 2 man delivery £50.00
Northern Ireland by pallet delivery £110.00

Some items for mainly packaging purposes have the need for slight assembly such as legs and handles which our standard 2 man delivery does not offer Nationwide but can be arranged with prior notice along with ny more complicated assembly required for bespoke and larger items such as wardrobes etc.If you have any concerns to assembly of a certain product please call the showroom on 01189472333 and we will be happy to advise and find a suitable solution for you.
ABOUT OUR DELIVERIES
ROOM OF CHOICE SERVICE
- Delivered directly by our two-person delivery partners.
- You will receive your allocated time window by 8am on the day of delivery, in most cases these are sent the day before. Please be aware that our delivery team may book your delivery slot any time between 7am - 9pm.
- Your drivers will contact you up to an hour before your delivery to let you know they're on their way. If the drivers are having difficulty locating your property they may need to contact you for assistance therefore please make sure you provide us with a telephone number which will be available on the day of delivery.
- Choose which room you want your furniture to go to and our drivers will take it there and position it snd remove all packaging so you can check the furniture
- Delivery in the Evening is available in certain area please advise if required.
- Furniture Assembly can be arranged with prior notice sometimes chargeable please ring showroom on 01189472333 for advise
- Removal of Packaging on prior request
STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN FREE ZONE (25 MILE RADIUS OF SHOWROOM & Other Zones)
- Delivered by our expert dedicated delivery team.
- Delivery will be to the room of choice
- Delivery between 7am – 9pm.
- You will receive a more specific time window the day before delivery. Please note that this is an all-day service and our delivery team may book your delivery slot any time between 7am – 9pm.

Room Of Choice (included in most delivery options as standard)

We will deliver your furniture to the room of your choice (access permitting). Before placing your order, you'll need to check that the items of furniture you would like to purchase will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways on the way to the destination room. Please check if delivery is beyond the second floor as we cannot guarantee Room of Choice without prior confirmation. We try to provide as much information as possible in respect to weight and size of our furniture, but if you're not sure, just get in touch.
Receive your order between the hours of 5pm and 7pm with prior notice and only available in free delivery zone and will need to be confirmed via caversham showroom 01189472333. If you can't receive your order during the day, this option is for you.
MORNING DELIVERY
If you want to get your delivery over with first thing in the morning so you can carry on with your day, this option is for you:

Please make sure you are available to receive delivery on the delivery date that has been agreed. If you find that you are unable to receive delivery, please make sure you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
We understand that sometimes an item isn’t quite right and that you may wish to return or exchange. You have 14 days from delivery to inspect the goods and to decide if you wish to keep them. If you do decide you want to return either part or all of your order then please notify us by either calling our Customer Service team on 01189 472333 or inform us by email at : deliveries@hopofurniture.com
Unsuitable items being sent back for either exchange or a refund must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition in the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging or a suitable alternative. Furniture must not have been used or assembled & mattresses must be inside the protective wrapping. All parts must be returned in the packaging, along with any instructions.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse the collection of any unpackaged item and to deduct a fee for any item not returned in fully re-saleable condition upon inspection when received.
We will inspect the returned item and will notify you of your refund or replacement via email. We try to process returns as soon as possible once they have reached our warehouse. However, please allow 3 to 10 working days from the day of receipt in our warehouse for your returns to be processed.
Items returned will incur the below charges per item for collection & administration costs:
