The Hampshire Gateleg Dining Table is a smart and versatile space-saving solution, perfect for homes that require flexibility without compromising on style. Crafted from solid oak and oak veneers, this beautifully designed table showcases a warm natural finish that highlights the character and grain of the wood.
Designed with practicality in mind, this drop leaf table features two folding leaves supported by sturdy gate legs. When not in use, the table folds down to a compact width of just 320mm, making it ideal for smaller spaces, hallways or as a console-style unit.
When additional surface space is needed, the leaves can be lifted individually or together. One leaf creates a functional 920mm table, while both leaves extended provide a full dining surface of 1520mm, comfortably accommodating multiple diners.
The gateleg mechanism works by pulling out the supporting legs from beneath the table to hold the extended leaves securely in place. This ensures excellent stability while remaining easy to operate, allowing you to adapt the table quickly to your needs.
Adding to its practicality, the table includes six integrated drawers — three on each side — offering convenient storage for cutlery, placemats or everyday essentials. This combination of storage and flexibility makes it an ideal choice for modern living.
